Our promise
Burning Bush Learning Labs treats your information the way we treat the conversations you bring to coaching: with care, discretion and respect. We never sell your personal information.
Burning Bush Learning Labs is a DBA of KRE Enterprises, LLC, a Texas limited liability company. This policy explains, in plain language, what we collect through burningbushlearninglabs.com, The Wellspring, Living Water and our coaching services, why we collect it, and the choices you have.
What we collect
Contact details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, organization or ministry, and role. This happens when you book a consultation, join our email list, fill out a form, sign an agreement or contact us.
Coaching information, such as questionnaire answers, goals, session notes and coaching summaries.
Account information if you join The Wellspring or Living Water, such as your login email, your plan, the programs you complete and the certificates you earn.
Reflections you choose to capture while listening to The Wellspring or Living Water.
Payment information when you buy a plan or sessions. Payments are handled by secure payment processors. We do not see or store your full card number.
Website usage information, such as pages visited, device type and browser, collected through cookies and similar tools.
How we use it
We use your information only to serve you well:
To schedule and deliver coaching sessions, Learning Labs and consultations
To give you access to The Wellspring, Living Water and their programs
To prepare for sessions and support your growth toward your goals
To send agreements, receipts, reminders and coaching summaries
To answer your questions and requests
To improve our website and services
To send updates you have agreed to receive. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Coaching stays confidential. What you share in coaching is stored securely and seen only by authorized Burning Bush Learning Labs representatives for coaching and administrative purposes.
Your reflections are yours. Reflections you capture are used only to support your growth and your coaching. They are never shared publicly or used for marketing. Both reflection options, the guided AI chat and the reflection form, are provided through Wix Forms, the same secure platform that hosts our website, and are used only to support your reflection.
Recordings and AI. We never record a session, or use AI to capture, transcribe or process what you share in a session, without your separate written permission first. You can say no and still receive full coaching. When you do agree, these tools are used only to support your coaching, never for marketing or resale, and every insight is reviewed through human coaching judgment.
Services we rely on
We use trusted providers to run our ministry and business. They handle your information only to provide their service to us:
Wix hosts our website, member accounts, plans, programs, reflection forms, email list and contact records
Calendly handles consultation and session scheduling
Jotform handles questionnaires and agreements
Zoom or similar secure platforms host video sessions
Payment processors handle purchases
Each provider has its own privacy policy.
Cookies. Our website uses cookies to keep the site working, remember your preferences and understand how visitors use it. You can accept or decline non-essential cookies in the cookie banner, or block cookies in your browser settings. Some features may not work without them.
When we share information
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information. We share it only:
With the service providers listed above, to run our business
With your written permission
When the law requires it, such as a subpoena or court order
When we reasonably believe someone is at risk of serious harm
Testimonials. We never use your name, quote, story or results without your written permission, including feedback from Wellspring and Living Water reviewers. Unless you agree otherwise, any example we share is anonymous. You may withdraw your permission at any time.
Sponsored coaching. If your employer, church or ministry pays for your coaching or a Learning Lab, we share only what you and the sponsor agreed to in advance, such as attendance or overall progress. Conversation details stay confidential.
Keeping it safe
We use secure, password-protected platforms and limit access to authorized people. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
How long we keep it
We keep information only as long as we need it to serve you, keep business records, or meet legal requirements. Signed agreements are kept for our records.
Your choices
You may ask us to:
Show you the information we hold about you
Correct or update it
Delete it, unless we must keep it by law
Stop sending you marketing emails
Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
Our services are for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.

We may update this policy from time to time. The newest version will always be on this page, with its effective date.
