Rooted in Faith
For years, God had been doing a quiet, steady work in me, drawing me closer to Him and preparing my heart for a deeper commitment.
On August 28, 2020, in the midst of the pandemic, I was baptized into a church whose compassion and love reflected the heart of Christ. At a time when no one was gathering for worship, my pastor and church family came together to make that sacred moment possible.
That day, the Lord set my heart on fire for Him, and it has been burning ever since. My prayer is that He will always add logs to the flame and never allow the fire to go out.
Anointed for Impact
My walk with God became real in a season where I had nothing to lean on but His presence. I was stripped of certainty, yet filled with clarity.
In that space, I began to study the leadership of Jesus—not as a distant ideal, but as The Model.
His way of listening deeply, leading boldly, loving without limits, and aligning fully with the Father’s will became the framework I longed to embody.

Burning Bush Learning Labs was born out of that desire: to help leaders pause long enough to hear God’s voice and become bold enough to respond.
It’s a space where Christian leaders, and those curious about faith, can explore what it means to lead not just with excellence, but with eternal impact.
Because faith is not separate from the way we lead. It shapes how we make decisions, how we treat people, and how we show up in the places God has positioned us to serve. When leadership is anchored in Him, even our everyday influence can become part of a greater purpose.

Christian leaders carry more than knowledge, experience, or authority into a room. We carry the presence of God and the responsibility to reflect His character in how we make decisions, serve others, steward influence, and respond to the needs around us.

Burning Bush Learning Labs helps leaders examine how faithfully that sacred calling is being expressed through their leadership. Through prayerful coaching, reflection, and discernment, leaders gain the clarity and courage to follow God’s direction with wisdom, humility, and purpose.

My calling to coach was divinely placed, and I felt called to prepare for it with care. That preparation led me to complete Columbia University's Executive and Organizational Coaching Certification Program (3CP) and AI-Powered Coach certification through Excelia, a Microsoft partner.
These credentials did not replace the spiritual foundation of this work. They strengthened it, sharpening the tools I bring to each coaching conversation while remaining grounded in prayer, guided by the Holy Spirit, and focused on lasting transformation.​​
