This 60-minute session is the first step in crafting your unique coaching experience with Burning Bush Learning Labs. Building upon the insights from your complimentary consultation, this discovery session is where we dig deeper—exploring your leadership goals, the challenges you're facing, and what meaningful transformation looks like for you. This is your space to be seen, heard, and supported without pressure. Together, we’ll assess your current season, identify growth opportunities, and begin aligning our coaching approach with your personal and professional aspirations. Cancellation Policy
Scheduling and Expiration All coaching sessions must be scheduled within 12 months of the initial package purchase unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are encouraged to book sessions in advance to ensure availability. Cancellation and Rescheduling We understand that life happens. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be considered a missed session and deducted from your package total. For no-shows or late arrivals beyond 15 minutes, the session will be considered forfeited. Exceptions for emergencies will be handled on a case-by-case basis with professionalism and compassion. Refund Policy Coaching packages are non-refundable once sessions have begun. Unused packages that have not been initiated may be eligible for a partial refund (less an administrative fee of 10%) if requested within 14 days of purchase. We are committed to delivering transformational value, and your satisfaction is a top priority. If you are ever dissatisfied with your experience, we welcome a conversation to explore a resolution. Session Conduct and Expectations Burning Bush Learning Labs coaching sessions are confidential, judgment-free, and goal-oriented. To get the most from your investment, we ask that you: Arrive on time and free from distractions Complete any reflection exercises or prep materials in advance Be open, honest, and coachable Your growth is a shared commitment. We're here to help you lead with faith, clarity, and conviction. Package Transfers or Pauses Coaching packages are designed for one individual and are non-transferable. If you anticipate needing to pause your package due to unforeseen circumstances, please reach out—Burning Bush Learning Labs offers one-time holds (up to 30 days) on active packages when requested in advance.
