There comes a time in every leader’s life when you realize the next level isn’t about striving—it’s about surrender.
That moment came for me not in a boardroom, but in a sacred pause—a Burning Bush moment where I knew God was calling me deeper.
Rooted in Faith
For decades, I’ve led in the fast-moving world of technology, digital transformation, and executive leadership.
I’ve held seats at some of the most influential tables in the industry.
But behind every strategy I delivered and every transformation I led, God was doing a deeper work in me—teaching me that true leadership is born from the inside out.
Anointed for Impact
My walk with God became real in a season where I had nothing to lean on but His presence. I was stripped of certainty, yet filled with clarity.
In that space, I began to study the leadership of Jesus—not as a distant ideal, but as The Model.
His way of listening deeply, leading boldly, loving without limits, and aligning fully with the Father’s will became the framework I longed to embody.

Burning Bush Learning Labs was born out of that desire—to help leaders pause long enough to hear God’s voice, and bold enough to respond.
It’s a space where Christian leaders, and those curious about faith, can explore what it means to lead not just with excellence, but with eternal impact.

My calling to coach was divinely placed—and I felt called to prepare. I pursued formal training through Columbia University’s Executive and Organizational Coaching Certification, one of the most respected programs in the world.
During the Front-end Coaching Intensive, I deepened my ability to listen, guide, and serve leaders with research informed frameworks based on adult learning and behavioral science to inform my intuition and insight.
This credential, combined with my spiritual foundation, allows me to coach with both excellence and discernment. I meet leaders where they are—grounded in prayer, guided by the Holy Spirit, and equipped with tools that help translate growth into lasting transformation.
